  • Remote BizBody© Fitness Program is a 6-week fitness and wellness plan designed to fit into his client’s busy schedule.
  • This is a life-changing program—forget yo-yo and trend dieting, overworking out, and then fizzling out.  Luke trains his client’s to sustain a healthier way of living, lose weight and lethargy, gain muscle, improve nutrition habits, and maintain a healthy mindset.
  • Luke Wade is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex; however, his Remote Fitness clients span from around the United States. 

6-week Remote BizBody©

  • 2 Weekly virtual training classes via Facetime or Skype. The sessions are on Wednesdays in 15-minute intervals and Sundays in 30-minute intervals.
  • Daily Energy-Renewing Mindset Rituals - Luke believe in health and wellness affirmations customized for each client to recite every morning. His morning mindset rituals inspire confidence and develop a healthy mindset mentality.
  • 3 Check-in Texts- (Tues, Thurs, Sat). Luke checks-in with his clients via text three times a week. These text exchanges are to gauge the progress of each client.
  • Trainer Accessibility - Luke differentiates himself from other trainers by offering a concierge-style service. All of his clients, whether remote or local, have access to Luke by text, email, or phone and are guaranteed response with 24 hours. Get Started Today!
